These clients are served out of our corporate offices in New York City by a management team with significant industry experience.

Medicare Advantage - MA-PD and PDP
We have developed a suite of products to assist MA-PD and PDP Plans to optimize revenue, reduce administration costs and improve compliance standards. Currently Plans covering over 30% of the Medicare Advantage program use our software.

Our Medicare Advantage clients have received millions of dollars in retroactive CMS payments, increased premium revenue by hundreds of dollars PMPM, significantly reduced their administration costs, and saved hundreds of thousands in software development and purchase costs.

Fraud & Abuse
To address the ever-increasing levels of Fraud & Abuse in the healthcare industry, PDM has established a Fraud & Abuse division, in partnership with IBM and Dun & Bradstreet. Today the company assists Plans covering over 10 million lives to identify and recover monies in this area.

HealthCare Informatics
In association with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, PDM has developed an enterprise decision system to assist all functional areas – medical management, network development, finance,underwriting and sales. Our goal is to provide each area with the information needed in an easy-to-use format so appropriate and timely decisions can be made.
