Stephen Jackson, Managing Director

Prior to founding Plan Data Management, Stephen spent 15 years as President of Communique, Inc., a marketing and advertising consultancy focused on the healthcare industry. His clients include Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield of New Jersey, Central PA and Ohio, FHP and Kaiser. Before this, he worked for Ogilvy & Mather, Los Angeles, and CDP, a leading UK advertising agency.

His other experience included Proctor and Gamble and Smith Bros on the London Stock Market. Stephen has a degree with honors in business administration from Manchester University, as well as an accredited MBA from Columbia University.

At PDM, Stephen is responsible for corporate strategy, sales and marketing.

Jana Furda, Product Development

Prior to joining PDM, Jana worked as an independent consultant providing Business Strategy & Development services to CIGNA. She has five years experience on the health plan side working for Prudential Health Care, where she was responsible for network strategy and reporting, strategic financial analysis, and medical cost reduction initiatives. Before this, she was a Manager in the HealthCare Consulting Practice of Deloitte & Touche providing financial and operational services to the Managed Care Industry, including development of M+C plans. Clients included Horizon BCBS, Highmark, and Kaiser. Jana holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Wharton and a BS in bio-medical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

At PDM, Jana is responsible for product development.

Robert McGinley, Fraud & Abuse

Rob has over 16 years of public and private health insurance experience, specializing in program safeguards. Prior to joining PDM, he was a Director of Fraud Operations at Ingenix, a division of United Health Group. He also served on the Board of Governors and Executive Committee of the National Healthcare Anti-Fraud Association (NHCAA).

At PDM, Rob is responsible for the Fraud and Abuse department.

Steve Kaminsky, Finance

Steve has over 20 years of finance, administration and general management experience. Prior to joining PDM, Steve spent the past seven years as the Chief Financial Officer for ReefEdge and OnDemand, both privately held software companies. While in those roles he was responsible for all aspects of finance and administration, including equity and debt placements, M&A, investor relations, strategic planning and analysis, legal and all administrative functions including HR, IT and facilities. Before this he was the Controller at Rebis and held positions of Controller and General Manager at Westec Security. Steve began his career at Ernst and Young. Steve holds an MBA from UCLA, a BS in accountancy from the University of Illinois, as well as being a CPA.

At PDM, Steve is responsible for the Finance and Human Resource functions of the company.

Bill McCann, Information Technology

Bill M. comes to PDM with 20 years of experience in software product development and IT Administration, most recently with Eyeweb, Inc. where he was responsible for software product development, quality assurance, network administration and acted as the technical liaison for customer /industry partner relations. Bill has also managed software development for Blackwood, Inc. and DoubleClick. He has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Computer Science from Central Michigan University.

At PDM, Bill is responsible for leading our product development technical resources, as well as overseeing our IT infrastructure plan.

Bill Schmeling, Compliance

Bill S. worked for CMS (HCFA) for over 20 years in the areas of Medicare fee-for-service and both Medicaid and Medicare Managed Care. While there, he led the Medicare Managed Care Team at the CMS Philadelphia Regional Office when the number of Medicare MCO's in the region increased from 6 to over 25. Bill also worked with CMS' national office on four major Medicare Managed Care task forces.

At PDM, Bill is responsible for advising PDM and our clients on all compliance issues.

Kathy Frank, VP, Client & Data Services

As Vice President of Client & Data Services, Kathy is responsible for managing and servicing all clients utilizing PDM's line of Medicare Advantage products. Kathy oversees the entire implementation process, and with her Account Managers and Data Services team, she provides on- going client support, training, trouble shooting, enhancement requests, sales of new software to existing clients and special projects as well as all monthly and quarterly data processing for all clients live on any PDM Medicare Advantage software.
Prior to joining PDM, Kathy was Director of Business Technical Services for GHI, a large New York based health plan. As Director of Business Technical Services she was responsible for the system creation and testing of all new contracts sold. Before GHI Kathy worked for Royal Health Care, a Medicaid MSO in the role of Assistant Director of MSO Operations responsible for implementations and daily processes & management of all clients. Prior to Royal Kathy worked for North Shore Hospital in their IT Department implementing and training practice management software to all their contracting physicians and before that Ernst & Young where she was a Health Care consultant in their Operations group. Kathy has masters in healthcare policy (MPH) from Columbia University New York and an Undergraduate Degree in Political Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
